Exhibit displays work of 4-year-old Shreveport Times
Shala Hopkins, 4, has an exhibit on display at the Multicultural Center of the South Little Tykes Art Gallery, 520 Spring St., Shreveport.
Shala's work reflects people with smiling faces and is on exhibit from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday throughout the month of May.
The Multicultural Center of the South recently hosted an exhibit viewing and opening reception for Shala in honor of National Week of the Young Child.
Shala, the daughter of Donald and Shalanda Hopkins, is a student at the Woodlawn High School Pep-C Lab under the direction of Corinda Watson.
